5. Recipients and processors
Your data is only accessible to those who need it:
- Authorised staff of DOMAINE NANTAIS and the group’s venues (sales and events teams)
- Google Ireland Limited — hosting of the website and database (Firebase App Hosting, Firestore)
- Odoo S.A. (Belgium, EU) — customer relationship management tool in which your enquiries are recorded
- Administrative or judicial authorities, upon legal request only
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.
6. Data hosting and transfers outside the EU
The website and its database (Google Firestore) are hosted by Google (Firebase App Hosting) on servers located in the European Union: Eemshaven, Netherlands (European Union), region europe-west4. Our customer relationship management tool (Odoo) is also hosted within the European Union.
Some Google services (audience measurement) may involve transfers to the United States. These transfers are governed by Google LLC's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
